Why Baba Ramdev is not well supported?

The issue of returning back black Money in India by Ramdev Baba is no well supported by People as per expectation. It has been 9 days since the Anshan has been started. Everyone saw how easily the Government has won the battle over Ramdev to kick him out from Delhi Ram Lila Maidan.

The kind of support which Anna Hazare received huge support from common man. Although less than 5% people know what was the issue exactly for which Anna Hazare was fighting even they supported while 95% people know well the issue raised by Baba Ramdev but still they don’t support. The support means not only to support from mouth, facebook or any other way where you don’t need any sacrifice.

I would like bring the key reasons why Baba Ramdev doesn’t get support. Please out your comments and your views.

Most of people respect Baba Ramdev and they follow the Yoga exercise given by Baba Ramdev. I did Yoga first time due to Baba Ramdev in 2005. I succeed to get rid of Sinus , snoring and breathing problem which was not solved even after operation. Since then I am one the Baba Ramdev Follower. But could not continue Yoga. It has been reinitiated for last one month when I felt degradation my stamina of travelling from morning to late evening (as I am in sales). The improvement has  been very good.

Based on above I should support Baba Ramdev, But I am confused. I went Jantar Mantar to support Anna Hazare whom I don’t know well as compared to Baba Ramdev. I discussed the points with many of my friends, seniors, older people. Most of the people said it is good, but no one was ready to go Ram Lila maidan for this cause. I have analyzed following reasons:

BLACK MONEY: What is the definition of Black Money? What is the way to calculate black money?

According to Me. Black Money is the money which is generated by tax thefts and under the counter money, which officials take as a corruption, unaccounted for and untaxed cash generated by dealings in a black economy, black market, or organized crime, usually received in cash, from underground economic activity. Black money is earned through illegal activity and, as such, is not taxed. Recipients of black money must hide it, spend it only in the underground economy, or attempt to give it the appearance of legitimacy through illegal money laundering.

  1. Most of people who are not poor have black money.
  2. In India 50% people are not poor so 50% population has black money.
  3. Supporter of this issue comes in 50% who are not poor  who has black money
  4. Most of the donors for Baba Ramdev Patanjali aashram has black money
  5. The system in India has been so well structured from that it is very tough to find a way out from black money.
  6. All the money deposited in swiss bank must have come from  various resources

6.1   Bribe: We all give and take bribe. This is illegal and it comes small packets to big business and Government projects. Even white color business like IT industry involves a huge bribe in corporate as well as government.

6.2   Illegal Money: This is gained by illegal source of income or business like prostitution, kidnap etc

6.3   Business : Even small business man don’t reveal their income due to TEX

6.4   Tax saving: even small income employee saves TAX by TAX policy

6.5   Big Scam: Like Hawala, 3G scam etc

There may be more resources. But it shows clearly that major population of India is involved in black money process.  Why we all part of this corruption. We supported Anna Hazare, but never realized that how we are part of the corruption but when it came to Black Money process then we realized that directly or indirectly we are part of Black Money process. So the support has been minimal. Like Bollywood is not supporting as we all know the huge involvement of Black Money process in Bollywood.  The same has happened with Baba Ramdev. He will never be able to find out the resources of the donation money from where he receives the huge donation. Does he check the PAN card or Income resource of his promoters?

I am working in ERP implementation which has finance module as well. Almost all customers need a way out to manage cash and black money. Most of Chartered Accountant is paid high remuneration only for hiding the income and saving the income TAX.

Whatever I have written above is the fact which is known to all either Manmohan Sigh, Baba Ramdev or Anna Hazare. The question is what is the solution to end the Black money process which is not only the result of corruption but also the Indian system. An employee who earn even 5 Lac/annum, how he can manage his needs today. The prices have gone up even for education.  At micro level the common who is involved in this system, chances are high that he has some problem. At macro level like big scam, big business man, officers who has account in swiss bank they are the one who has money in excess. Baba Ramdev is true that we cannot change the entire system in a day but we have to start from a point. So We all have one consent that the money deposited in Swiss bank has to be back in India. It does not matter who has initiated the voice. But the problem is that less than 0.1% people who rule the rest India have their account in Swiss Bank. Then who will dare to raise the voice. We all need money for our daily need. We all are busy. Half of the population of India if don’t work for single day, they may have to lose dinner.

I am confused regarding the ways to solve out the issue. I am sure our PM who is the legend in Finance and economics must be also confused how to solve this issue. I have only one solution which comes into my mind. Lets the government hire IIM or IIT (i.e most innovative brains) and find out the ways to solve issue. The government promotes and pays the patents for technology. In the same way they should also promote the patent and innovative solutions to solve the social issue.  Our education system has not yet come out with any college where the social development has been given the same importance as MBBS or B.Tech.

What is your view? Please comment with your innovative solutions.

Passion and Choosing Career

March 21, 2010 at 11:34 am | Posted in Uncategorized | 2 Comments

It’s a very common talk these days that you should do for which you are passionate. This generation uses it to justify, whatever they are doing. To fulfill their passion, they like to do anything. After some time, when you ask they say their passion has changed.

All the best selling inspirational books focus on it. Choose you career for which you feel the passion. Recently the movie 3 idiots have passed this message to all viewers. This is true that everyone should choose whatever he likes to do. This is also written that if you don’t choose whatever you like, you will never get success. But I could not find the definition of passion related to career. If anyone asks me, what you like to do. I will never say that I want to get up early in the morning and go to office. These books or movies never helped anyone to find his passion. So the question is how one should decide his passion. If someone has decided it, we don’t know whether it is wrong or right.

Today when you visit the any Engineering College, students has a lot of worries about placement. But no one bothered about education. 3 idiots also reveal the same message. I also agree with it. Still there is more than lacs of engineers are getting passed out every year in India. There is not more than 5% who has passion for Engineering. Every one has different passion. So can we choose our career what we like? Not only in career even in our social life, should we do the activities which I like. This generation is trying to choose their career, which they like. Many students want to choose sports or acting as a career. If anyone wants to suggest them, then they clearly show the resentment that doesn’t interfere in my personal life.

I listen this from various parents. This is true that the parents should not decide about their child’s career. The primary purpose of education is primarily to make a responsible human being, who knows the difference between right and wrong. The secondary purpose is to prepare for the livelihood. In India after secondary education, one has to decide his senior secondary education based on their career plan. At that time no one is mature enough to know, what he likes to do. Based on their 10th marks and job market, the career option is chosen. This is the system which is applicable and beneficial for more than 99% students. This generation blames their parent for putting into the colleges. Because every one wants has a passion for other jobs, which need less study and hard work. If we count, there are 11 players in cricket team. 100 actors, 25 singers, 25 dancers etc. So what a parent should do? If every one is left to go for these careers, then how many will get a chance for his career?

I don’t say there is no Schin or Amitabh among us. But the passion should not be the criteria for choosing the career. The best way is to make our career as a passion, not passion as a career. Because every passion is not the career, but every career can be converted into passion.

Every one Thinks of changing the World…..But no one thinks of changing himself

March 21, 2010 at 10:38 am | Posted in Uncategorized | 3 Comments

This harsh truth is the reality of the world. Since my childhood, I also worried about the whole world. I wanted to change the world, but it is less than 5% concern to change myself. Today when I saw this thought on the Orkut profile of Shahbaz, suddenly I realized it. Although I knew it for last few year, but never given a deep thought regarding it. Today I analyzed it, what actually happens. The society from where I belong, people talks a lot but don’t implement it on him at first. The same culture is adopted by me as well. I lost the focus to change myself. I devoted more time to change the world. So neither I changed myself nor did I change the world.

Our society is very good in terms of cooperation and meetings. But hardly have I found anyone who talks about himself. It is limited till primary education, when we give our introduction that I want to become an engineer or doctor etc. As we grow with some a little knowledge and education, we try to change the world. The ratio of work towards self development goes down as we are growing. This is reverse, what actually we should do. When we get more responsibility and an urge to change the World, We need to work more on changing ourselves. There is a lack in self introspection. Recently our management has started the weekly review of the tasks. I found it is a good way to realize ourselves. We can find out, what changing we require. In our country every one criticizes on others, but no one fulfill his responsibilities.

There is no leader, who has changed the world without changing himself. The example of Mahatma Gandhi is a perfect example of it. Older ones want a lot of rules to be followed by his younger. They want to change them various ways which may not be correct. I have seen people doing the same mistakes or bad habits; don’t want to be done by his younger. They fail to make change. The majority of the problems are due to not changing himself. If everyone thinks about himself, then there is no change required for others.

Ghajini – Movie Review

Ghajini – Movie Review

After a long time I watched movie in theater. Anil booked the ticket of late night show at PVR Select City Walk Saket. I was little tired after my office so took a little rest, and then reached at 10:00 PM for the show at 10:40 PM. We knew Ghajini for last 6 month, the most awaited movie of AAMIR KHAN. It is the remake of a south Indian movie. We all had lot of expectation from it. Now, Aamir is also a muscular man.

Stars (out of *****) Over all – a little less than ***

Story **

Acting ****

Direction **

Songs **

Differentiator **

Commercial *****

Story: It’s a very common story, similar to more than 1000s of Hindi and Indian language movies. Only new concept is to remember only for 15 minutes by Aamir Khan. We expected some twist in the story, as thriller. But it goes without any changes one can expect in typical Hindi movie. Love story was good for revenge.

Acting: Cheers to Asin!!! She has done an exceptional job. Aamir’s presence could not shadow her acting talent. Out 4 stars 3 for her only. Aamir is perfectionist so no doubt.

Direction: The Director could not leave the south Indian style and masala actions. He could have done it better. If there have been some changes in the story and cut the flop actions, then it could have been a class movie. Till the love story movie was good, but as revenge part come, its looks like C grade movie. Aamir has delivered good performance, but due to lack of meaningful action thriller, it is not class revenge. It’s good for common viewer in India. In metro I have seen people slept at their sit.

Songs: Out of 5 songs 2 we can listen. Music is not up to mark.

Differentiator: No more differentiator to Hindi common movies. Issue is there but no solution. No comparison with Taare Zammen Par or other Amir Khan’s movies

Commercial: It’s a great commercial movie. It is going to be one of the biggest hit in India. You may ask me that you say movie is not very good and a commercial hit. Yes, it has all the emotional and action drama, what public want. Aamir delivered a movie, like Sharukh Khan’s commercial hit. Superman type actions from Aamir, Love story the heart of Indian movie, Female child prostitution issue – most sensible issue, Aamir the brand name, Innocent Aasin (Kalpana – Ideal dream match for every Indian). 100% commercial ingredients in this recipe, so I will suggest to test once, at least better than Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi.

Dowry I have no answer….

Dowry is one of the crimes against women. We all are trying to find various solution for this problem, but could not see any result. Rather it is growing day to day. Read more details on my blog www.kaifeeanwer.wordpress.com

I and my friends are all set to get married in next 2-3 years. By God’s grace we all are established. Till few years back, all were against dowry. But now situation is little different.

Almost we all have younger sisters, for which dowry is demanded. So, few friends have planned to take dowry to compensate his sister’s dowry.

Few friends, who have no sister, need not dowry. But looking for a working girl, so that he can have financial support through out his life.

I analyzed that at last nobody hates dowry system (except few). They have accepted it as a part of society.

Let me discuss about female friends who are set to get married in next 2 years. They are facing more problems than boys. Even after well education and job they are ready to offer Dowry as a social system. Still their difficulties in finding the suitable boy have become a sob story.

The above example I have given to understand the problems with the women in INDIA. If well educated females are in problem then what about rest of the population. Our society leaves no option except to suicide for women.

I agree with the reasons given by you all. Women are responsible for it up to some extent and social status. My opinion is little different. I have lot to discuss on this topic. Because I have seen it from my childhood – starting from my family – relatives – neighbors – district level – national level and last experience with my close friends who are looking for bride.

Please don’t worry I am not going to write thesis on this topic here. But sure we can discuss some specific solutions with supportive reasons.

1. I am going to start from Indian Education System. We have medical, Engineering, MBA etc colleges, But no college to discuss Human Engineering. How the problems can be solved? We don’t award for the innovative ideas to solve the human problems. We never discuss how much we have lost due to social problems. Our economic system never counts the profit or loss due to corruption and crimes. This is the reason India is one of the poorest country in terms of Human Value Index in world. We are celebrating on Ambani Brothers, TATA, BIRLA and Mittal’s daughter marriage ceremony in London. Every Page 3 is full of marriage jewelry, having full coverage of MONEY.

2. No time for next today, so I directly come to point.

All Boys says “I will not ask for dowry, if somebody offers then I will not deny”

This is the sentence which is the root cause of dowry system (I feel). Until and unless boys take tough decision and fight against PARENT and society against dowry and say “Strictly NO to dowry”, the crime against women will not come to end easily. Boys are more responsible for this crime. They want the best girl with best dowry. They close their lips, at the time of taking dowry. This is true that if a crime is in society then everybody is responsible for it up to some extent (Directly or indirectly). But here in our society the boy who is going to get married has power not to demand or accept dowry. Today women should also take this step, as they are aware.

But the present scenario is has been very complex. As a boy get a good job, bombarded with the dowry offers (bride is secondary). My some friends have recently joined Government Officer Post. They always say me the offers they have 20 – 30 lacs, but no discussion about the girl. Marriage has become business. I have attended more than 500 marriage ceremony, but have never discussed on reception. My all courage diminishes there. I have given speeches on this topic, but never discussed it on the real situation. Did I never try? No I have tried, but why I failed.

When you ask the boy side, he has the excuse.” I have not demanded, if they offer I can’t hurt them”. Girl side says “Did you find a better boy who will marry my daughter, without dowry, Even if you can, can you guarantee me every thing will go on track after marriage”. I used to say them “I will marry, without dowry”. They asked ” O.k., we believe you can, But can you arrange your sister’s marriage without dowry”. I have no answer.  Why? I will discuss later…..

I invite you all; please advise the solutions for this problem. Also how it can be implemented?

  1. Jobs: – Will jobs to women will minimize the dowry system
  2. Education: – How education has helped to prevent this problem.
  3. Love Marriage: – Will it help?
  4. Freedom to choose life partner: -
  5. Extremely strict laws against dowry: –
  6. Social Awareness: –
  7. Women Empowerment: –
  8. Promote by Religious, Social, Political leaders, Media: –
  9. Dowry should be propagated a crime like rap.
  10. Every marriage should abide by rules to check on it. Parameter should be defined. Like GIFTS should not be allowed.

There are more solutions you can suggest.

Don’t Say Me “AUNTIE”

Before writing I want to say all to women, please don’t take is as any offense to your sentiments.

All men are warned not say Auntie to any woman EXCEPT she is her real auntie. This is the word, which is supposed to be one of the offensive words, if you address to any woman. Before addressing it, carefully see the woman. If she is more than 50, then it may be permissible. In metro’s men knowingly annoy women, by saying AUNTIE to those who are even younger to them. Some time I saw in buses, shops and markets, hot argument on this issue.

Reaction of women can be dangerous. It really hurts them. They feel better, if you address Bhabhi, Didi or Madam. Auntie makes them feel older. Who don’t knows women always like to be seen younger.  A lot of time they know, the guys are flirting. But they want to listen it especially if you praise about her.

Now come to some interesting and funny situations, derived from “Don’t say me Auntie”.

Suppose Government put rule, that saying Auntie to the woman, who deserve Bhabhi or Didi is punishable like smoking at public place. What will be the guidelines to set these rules? Should women organizations raise voice against it?  What is your opinion?

Hey I got a good idea to make an album (video) title – “Don’t say me Auntie”. Lead dancer – Rakhi Sawant in Saree and all older women from Kitty parties. Video will be full of comedy actions. It will be a hit sure.

Vulgur Bhojpuri Song – Gaining Popularity

This article is in the response comment to article by http://abhayart.wordpress.com/2008/10/14/i-am-afraid-of-it/#comments

Every body is afraid of the vulgar Bhojpuri local songs popularity in Bihar. This is not only going to ruin the culture. But it pollutes the young minds. Absolutely we are getting affected from it. I am surprised India has no sensor board for it. Earlier days this kind of music was limited to certain group. They were played only on few days like Holi or Nautangi dances. The purpose was only to refresh or entertainment. But its presence is everywhere.

Western countries have all the dirty lyrics and videos in their albums. They are acceptable according to their culture. But in India we can’t see our sister and mother naked dancing with gigolos. Although we have accepted many culture customs of west, but it has certain limitations.

The electronic media has given a good platform to spread these songs. We can say it is one of the negative uses of media. Bhojpuri language is on most popular language in Bihar and East Uttar Pradesh. There is no harm if we spread our culture. Recently launched TV channel MAHUWA has gain tremendous popularity. This is good for this poor area. It will generate various sources of employment.

The local Vulger Bhojpuri audio and video songs are very popular. I also have enjoyed it sometime but just for entertainment. I said earlier about certain limitations which our culture has, should be maintained. It should not be made public.

There may be many solutions for this problem.

1.      Employment: – Employee the local singers in sponsored channels. Give them money and promote for composing good music with a view to trap global audience. Like we don’t understand many French, Italian and Arabic song, but still listen because of their good music.

2.      Sensor Board : – This may be a tough decision initially, but can be done with a good plan
